FLX Foreman V2
Internal workflow coordination for FLX Business Services LLC
Purpose
Foreman V2 helps FLX coordinate approved internal work, prepare draft outputs and record whether a task completed. The Google authorization screen identifies the app as FLX Foreman Operating. This is an internal pilot, currently paused while qualification work continues. It is not a public signup service.
Google Drive connection
The current workflow reads three approved Google Drive files containing a minimized operational-status packet, work instructions and controls, then saves a draft for human review. Google’s drive.file permission applies to files created by or made available to the app. It can create, modify and delete eligible files; it is not read-only or blanket access to all Drive files. Each workflow remains subject to narrower approval and selected-file controls.
AI assistance and human review
Approved AI-assisted work sends minimized, coded client-derived information and instructions to the OpenAI API. The current packet excludes client names, identity mappings, transaction details, full source documents and email bodies. Coded information is not anonymous. A person must review drafts before relying on them or distributing them.
