Foreman V2 Terms of Use

Purpose and access
These terms cover authorized use of Foreman V2, an internal workflow tool operated by FLX Business Services LLC. The Google connection is identified as FLX Foreman Operating. Use is limited to people and workflows expressly authorized by FLX. These public information pages do not create a right to use the app or an offer of a public hosted service.
Authorized work
Use the app only for work and data you are entitled to handle, following the approved workflow and applicable confidentiality requirements. Do not provide credentials, expand access or authorize new uses of another person’s information without the necessary permission. Do not bypass controls, impersonate another user, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.
Review of results
Automated and AI-generated outputs are drafts and may be incomplete or incorrect. An authorized person must verify them before relying on them, distributing them or taking consequential action. The app does not independently approve accounting entries, payments, legal positions, employment decisions or communications. Separate FLX client engagements govern the professional services supplied under those engagements.
Data and permissions
The Privacy Policy explains data handling and how to request help or deletion. Google’s drive.file scope can create, modify and delete eligible individual files. Technical access does not replace approval of the particular workflow. You retain the rights you already have in materials you supply; these terms do not transfer ownership of them to FLX.
Availability and stopping use
The app is undergoing controlled development and qualification. Features may be unavailable and workflows may be paused when checks fail or authorization is uncertain. Do not use the app as the only record of important work or assume a task completed without reviewing its recorded outcome. FLX may suspend access or workflows to protect data or investigate problems. You can revoke the Google connection as described in the Privacy Policy.
Other services and changes
The app depends on third-party services and their applicable terms. These terms do not create a service-level guarantee, payment obligation or subscription.
